SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We ship via US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Express Shipping is only good for in-stock items. We usually ship in 2 to 3 business days. Please allow this time before product is actually shipped.

Orders must be received prior to noon EST for Express Shipping. Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays are not considered business days. Express orders will be charged the express fee and any oversized charge fees for heavy items (ex. beds, diners, carriers).

Our product selection has been created to cater to customers serious about their dogs. Several of our selections are handcrafted and custom made, and may take many weeks to arrive to you, so please be patient regarding delivery time. Please check the availability listing associated with each item, as we do not keep many of our items in stock. Contact us if you have an immediate shipping need and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Occasionally, items are backordered. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately to let you know. Every attempt will be made to get purchases to you as quickly as possible!

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase and will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the item. Please see individual item "Availablity" for time frame.

NOTE: Saturdays, Sundays or Business Holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping is paid by and is the responsibility of the customer both ways. We carefully package each order, and we are very careful that each order is complete. Once it is shipped, all transactions involving Customs will be between Customs and the customer. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping charges on the orders cannot be refunded, however, in most cases if merchandise is exchanged, shipping charges will not be added to the exchange.

If you have multiple items, we will hold the order and ship everything at once.

DAMAGED ITEMS If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item minus shipping/handling.

You will receive automatic e-mail tracking updates for your order and shipping status. You can also verify status at anytime through your order confirmation link sent to you by e-mail.

Standard Shipping Charges apply for US Postal Service. All orders are shipped via Certified Mail.

UPS SERVICE METHODS & RATES

UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or business holidays nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands must select UPS 2nd Day Priority.

UPS charges are calculated in real time based on shipment rates and weight.
