METHODS OF PAYMENT

Lucho, Inc. accepts Visa and MasterCard for debit and credit cards. NY State tax will apply for all orders shipped within the state of New York.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL RULE
If you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us at info@elucho.com , subject “Return Request” for us to provide you with an RMA #.
You have 30 days upon receipt to return the unused product to us in its original packaging with tags, invoice and/or receipt slip, for a full 100% money-back guarantied. Return shipping must be paid by the customer and the package must be insured with a tracking number. We will not accept packages that do not have an RMA#.

If you would like to exchange your item, please e-mail us at info@elucho.com, subject “Can I Change my item.” To expedite your exchange request, please include your order confirmation number and specify which item/size/color you would like to get in exchange.
You have 30 days upon receipt to exchange the unused product to us in its original packaging with tags, invoice and/or receipt slip. Return of exchanged item must be shipped insured with a tracking number.

Please understand that we cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item. After one, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $15.

EXCEPTION: MADE TO ORDER ITEM
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Made to Order, custom or personalized items.
Should you detect a workmanship defect, you have 15 days upon receipt to process a claim at info@elucho.com, subject “Made to Order defect.” To expedite your claim, please include your order confirmation number and specify the defect.
We cannot cancel order on Made to Order, custom or personalized items, once it has been processed. You have a 48 hour Grace Period (from the time you place the order) to cancel, no questions asked. We must receive an email from you at info@elucho.com and you must receive a response back from us for the cancellation to be effective. If you cancel the order after the 48 hour grace period, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase of any item of your choice.
